I am a project manager and have just completed a MSc with Distinction in Net Zero Communities with the University of the Highlands and Islands.

Here’s a little more about me…

My personal SDG goal is #16, “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions”. I interpret this as covering multiple areas, including the media industry, which I spent the last 10 years in. My last role was Head of Production for VFX teams on live, music video, commercials, episodic, and film projects across the USA, UK, and Europe. For the last two years I’ve offered post-production management consulting & bespoke training to clients worldwide through my consultancy, VFX Prod Training Limited.

I am now hoping to get more involved with rural community resilience including through my fledgling Eco-Campus Scotland project. I’m an active member of Scottish Rural Action and my regional Youth Local Action Group. I supported UHI Moray with a successful 23-24 Climate Engagement Fund project centred around student-led climate conversations, and am working with Ecovillage Findhorn with their Local Place Plan submission to Moray Council later this year.
